We aim to return a report within one business day. You will receive one more email containing a link to your report, valid for 2 days.
We are at capacity
We run a small number of analyses at a time. Leave your address and we will email you when a slot frees up. Nothing is uploaded now.
What happens to your data
- Who sees it
- Analysis is automated and nothing you send is reviewed by hand. Our team can access submissions for operational reasons. Uploads are not public and are not listed anywhere.
- How it is stored
- Encrypted at rest in a private bucket that blocks all public access. Your report link is unique to your report and expires after 2 days.
- How long we keep it
- Your report download link is private to you and expires after 2 days. Uploads and reports are retained in a restricted environment after that and are removed by our team. They are never accessible to other users.
- What the report contains
- A summary of findings, a timeline of findings, and run statistics. Nothing else.
Need more than the free run?
This portal is deliberately small: ten files, 300 MB, and a few analyses at a time. Neither the cap nor the queue applies to work we do with you directly.
